SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

How much is your delivery fees?

BioGaia provides FREE shipping to Peninsular Malaysia & East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak). Shipping fee calculation is as below:

  • Flat Rate: RM17 for order one (1) quantity of product in a single receipt.
  • Free Shipping: RM0 for order two (2) or more quantity of product in a single receipt.
When will I receive my purchase?

BioGaia aims to deliver within the time agreed upon when you checkout. Under normal circumstance, you will be able to receive your purchase within 3 to 7 days depending on your location.

Walaupun kami berusaha untuk memastikan semua pesanan dihantar dalam tempoh masa yang ditetapkan, kami tidak dapat menjamin ini dalam setiap kes. Matlamat kami adalah untuk menghantar barang-barang anda dari gudang kami secepat mungkin. Namun, keadaan tertentu di luar kawalan kami, seperti kelewatan kurier, keadaan darurat, atau barang kehabisan stok, mungkin mempengaruhi waktu penghantaran.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or received a defective product, we’re here to help. You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and needs to have the invoice or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

If you’d like to return or exchange an item, we will do everything we can (within reason). Please send us an email in the following format:
